founded and lead an independent radical press focused on transaesthetics and experimental politics. oversee editorial vision, commissioning, editing, and production, working collaboratively with artists, writers, and researchers, with an emphasis on bipoc voices. manage publishing workflows, partnerships, and community-based distribution.

lead all organizational fundraising, donor relations, and communications for a u.s.-based indigenous arts and media nonprofit. tripled the annual budget within the first year by securing funding from major foundations, individual donors, and institutional partners. oversee grant strategy and reporting, donor stewardship, crm and database management, and organizational operations. coordinate a distributed team across five countries and multiple indigenous nations, ensuring alignment with organizational values, accessibility, and cultural integrity.
